AWC has opened Thailand’s first Fairmont hotel in Bangkok after investing more than THB6 billion, targeting international luxury MICE demand

A total of 18,626 new residential units were registered in metropolitan Bangkok in the first quarter, down 55 per cent from the same period last year, the Real Estate Information Centre of Government Housing Bank reported on Wednesday.
